I'm Back!!! with an Inspired Stamps Christmas Card

In Case you were wondering I didn't post anything for the Inspired Stamps Design Team last week because I was on vacation. But this week I am back again and slowly getting back into the swing of things.  Just in time to finish my contribution for this weeks design team artwork.  We are focusing on Christmas which is just 3 very short months away, and I need to start focusing on my Christmas Cards for the year, here is my first one of the season.

I have seen lots of white on white cards lately and decided to try one using the Blessed Little Christmas stamp set from Inspired Stamps.   You can't tell from the picture but I have sprayed the snowflakes with homemade shimmer mist so that layer has a little bit of a shimmer to it in real life.

CTMH - White Daisy Cardstock, Outdoor Denim Ink, Blue Chalk, Star Spangled Blue Organdy Ribbon, Create a shade Pearl Paint

I will be posting more about my vacation later, but it was a very exhausting week, and I am glad to be back.  Now I just need to get my scrapbook room put back together and start working on Jimmy's scrapbook.

Inspired Stamps Sneak Peak

This Friday over at Inspired Stamps they will be releasing several new stamp sets.   So this week for our design team artwork we are all giving you a sneak peak of the new stamps sets.  So make sure you check the Inspired Stamps blog each day this week to get a sneak peak of the stamps sets that will be available to you at noon on Friday September 16. 

For my sneak Peak I am using the new His Little Ones - Thankful Girl and Fall Gratitude.  The little girl is absolutely adorable and the Fall Gratitude stamp set has several good Bible Thank You verses and will be really good for a batch or two of Thank You Cards.

Also over on the Inspired Stamps Blog Antoinette announced the winners of the latest Inspired Stamps Giveaway.  Instead of the original 2 prizes She has given out 8prizes one from each Design Team member's blog.  The winner from my blog is Hannah Lewis who said "I like the little boy with the plaid paper. It makes the card very different and neat. You don't see a whole lot of cards that would be good for boys."

Inspired Stamps Artwork

This week for our Inspired Stamps design team artwork we were to use our favorite His Little One and combine it with a Scripture.  Here is what I came up with using His Little Ones - Boy Praying and one of my all time favorite verses Jeremiah 29:11 from the His Plans For You stampset.
