Designers Choice

Today it is a Designers Choice, I have been frantically making cards to sell at a local festival ever since my son's graduation party.  I have set the goal of having atleast 300 cards ready to sell on the first day of the festival July 4th.  So I have been making really simple cards with very little extra embelishments, using scraps.

This card is one of my simple cards, it literally came together in less than 20 minutes. Okay so I cheated I used several premade items I had laying around my room, these premade items where things I had previously cut out for another project then decided it was either too big/small or didn't go with the look I want to acheive. I literally have several drawers filled with these discarded or rejected embelishments, just need to remember to go there first before I create new.

CTMH: Dotty for You Paper, White Daisy Cardstock,
Pacifica, Black and Lagoon ink
Art Philosophy Cartridge, Round Sparkle

PS - please forgive the lateness of the text, I was working away on cards last night and almost forgto to post, so I quickly created the post and figured to add the text in the morning.

Please don't forget to check out the rest of the design teams artwork by following the links on the side.

Until Next week
Happy Scrappin'

  1. Hi Jenn! I LOVE the colour blocks and the sweet stacked flower. The scripture you used is so lovely. Have a great day!

  2. Jenn, I love the colors, they make me happy. I also have such a drawer and my card this week had pieces from it as well. It is good when you can use items you created previously to pull a new card or project together.
